By registering for an account, accessing, or using Uynite in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Uynite. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are prohibited from using Uynite if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your country of residence.

• You are responsible for creating and maintaining a secure account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update it as necessary.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

While using Uynite, you agree:

• Not to post or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not to impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Not to use Uynite for any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• Not to upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Not to exploit the Platform or its features for commercial purposes without prior consent.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You retain ownership of any content (e.g., videos, posts, comments) you create and share on Uynite.
• By posting content on Uynite, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute your content to operate and improve the Platform.

• Uynite’s name, logo, features, and functionality are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without permission.

Uynite allows users to create and share videos with geotagging. By using location-based features, you agree:

• To allow Uynite to collect and process your location data.
• To use geotagging responsibly and not infringe on the privacy of others.
• Uynite disclaims responsibility for the accuracy of location data or directions provided within the App.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Uynite, you agree to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Uynite may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited behavior.
• You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions in the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uynite and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold Uynite harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

• Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Uynite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance.
