This process is designed to comply with international copyright laws such as the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the European Union Copyright Directive, Indian Copyright Act, and others. Below is the general process:

To file a valid copyright infringement notice, please provide the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide enough information to identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing content: Please include URLs or other specific location(s) of the infringing content on Uynite.
3. Your contact information: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. Statement of good faith belief: Confirm that you have a good faith belief that the content has been removed without the authorization of the copyright owner.
5. Statement of accuracy: Declare that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature is required for validation.

Once Uynite receives a valid copyright infringement notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing content within the appropriate timeframe, based on applicable law.

We will review your notice and take the necessary steps to comply with applicable laws and remove the infringing content if applicable.

If you believe that your content has been removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice. This counter-notice should include:

1. Your contact details: Name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the content: Provide the URL or specific location of the content that was removed.
3. Statement of good faith belief: Declare that the removal was done mistakenly or due to misidentification.
4. Statement of ownership: Confirm that you own or have the right to post the content.
5. Your signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original claimant files a lawsuit.

Uynite takes intellectual property rights seriously. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer under global copyright laws, we may terminate their account. A repeat infringer is someone who has been subject to multiple valid copyright takedown notices for uploading infringing content.

While the general copyright process outlined above applies globally, Uynite follows additional country-specific regulations where necessary. Below are some key jurisdictions where we adhere to specific local copyright laws:

Uynite follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a U.S. law that protects online platforms from liability for infringing content as long as they comply with a takedown notice and act promptly to remove infringing content.

Uynite complies with the European Union Copyright Directive (EU 2019/790), which harmonizes copyright laws across EU member states. Similar to the DMCA, the directive provides a notice-and-takedown process and encourages platforms to prevent infringement proactively.

As Uynite operates in India, we also follow the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. In India, upon receiving a valid notice of infringement, we will remove or disable access to the content within 36 hours.

We comply with copyright laws in other countries where Uynite is available, such as:

• Canada: We adhere to Canadian Copyright Law.
• Australia: We follow the Australian Copyright Act, 1968.
• United Kingdom: We respect the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act and the EU Copyright Directive.
